Amir Safari is an Iranian-born pluralistic visual artist and designer, now based in Toronto. Working primarily at the intersection of narrative surrealism and oil painting, his practice investigates the profound tensions between systemic machinery and the vulnerability of the human body. Drawing from his experiences navigating rigid socio-political landscapes and personal reclamation, Safari’s work serves as a powerful psychological canvas capturing silent battles, structural constraints, and the resilience of the human spirit.
